PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE $500.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT or SALES TAX.
2 FREE generator hours per day after that there is a $2 an hour generator charge plus tax.

Three-Day Minimum Rental Required. No six-day rentals.

All Units To Be Cleaned Inside & Out returning in re-rentable condition. Otherwise $50 PER HOUR/$100 Minimum Cleaning Charge if the unit does not return in the condition it left in.
Prepaid pet fee is $50 per trip and a $100 additional refundable damage deposit.
*An invisible pet fee will be charged at $75 per hour / minimum $150 - all units must have a signed pet addendum.

PREPAID DUMP FEE $25.00 – we will empty the holding tanks for you!

Bike rack: $10.00 2 bike/$20.00 4 bike

Deposit will be refunded 5-10 days after unit is returned.
You can pick up unit at 3:00 p.m. the day before your 1st scheduled rental date.
Unit needs to be dropped off the day after your last scheduled rental date by 10:00 a.m.
Add’l charges apply for early pickup & late drop-offs.

NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS
